Grace Lutheran Communities Scholarships

Grace Lutheran Communities have several sponsorship opportunities for both employees as well as parents that send their kids to Sunsational Summer Camp. These scholarships are funded through private contributions and fundraising efforts.The staff scholarship is available to employees who are
- Pursuing higher education in the healthcare field
- Enrolled in workshops or training that would enhance their position.
- In need of assistance with student loans.
The maximum award for the scholarship is $500.00. Two awards may be given annually to an employee.

So far, after just the first committee meeting since the scholarships have been running, Grace Lutheran Communities awarded scholarships for 7 staff & childcare families. There is no deadline at this time for applications. The committee meets the second Wednesday of each month.
