We had a beautiful Sunday celebrating the legacy of Syverson Rehabilitation & Health. 

We remember the wonderful care and friendships shared here, and those that continue today throughout the Grace Lutheran Communities. We ask for your continued support and prayers. There is much we look forward to continuing in our Mission!
