Grace Lutheran Communities Selected to Manage Nursing Home

Grace Lutheran Communities, an organization with nearly fifty years of experience in the senior care industry has been selected by the village of Prairie Farm to manage its senior care facility, Pioneer Nursing Home.

Pioneer Nursing Home is a five star rated community-owned facility with a proud history of serving folks in Prairie Farm for more than 50 years.
Grace Lutheran Communities consists of Syverson Lutheran Home, Grace Edgewood assisted living, Grace Willowbrook assisted living, Grace Woodlands memory care, Grace Barstow and Parkside apartments, Grace School-Age Childcare and Grace Adult Day Services in both Chippewa Falls and Altoona.
“We manage senior care communities with love and compassion. Our partners recognize that and we’re blessed to be a part of Pioneer Nursing Home’s future,” said Christensen.
Grace Lutheran Communities is also in the midst of construction on a new 18.5-million dollar healthcare campus in Altoona along the Highway 53 bypass. That campus is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2016.
