2020 Comfort and Recovery Suites Annual Report

The Marshfield Clinic Comfort and Recovery Suites treated over 1,000 patients during the year of 2020. Most notably, overall patient satisfaction scores average 5.0 on a five-point scale, consistent with the year prior. Marshfield, Eau Claire and Wausau have been ranked as a 5 star-facility through Nursing Home Compare! Each of the three facilities boast: nearly all patients were seen by therapy on the first day of admission, an average length of stay of just over 1 day, and numerous other quality metrics that positively surpass benchmark data. The Comfort and Recovery Suites continually meet with a quality improvement team to ensure we are providing optimal care through best practice techniques. The high quality is evidenced by the patients continuously returning for second and third procedures, as well as referring friends, family, and co-workers to the Comfort and Recovery Suites for surgical recovery.Grace Lutheran Communities has been helping our friends and neighbors in communities all over the Chippewa Valley since 1960. The non-profit organization specializes in rehabilitation, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, child care, independent living, and adult day services.
