From Grace Lutheran Communities and all of our care partners at more than 13 care communities, we celebrated National Nurses Week with a big thank you to all of the nurses who provide outstanding care for our residents, clients and their families! In this video, we asked several of our administrators to share appreciation on behalf of our entire team.Grace Lutheran Communities has been helping our friends and neighbors in communities all over the Chippewa Valley since 1960. The non-profit organization specializes in rehabilitation, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, child care, independent living, and adult day services.
