Employee Appreciation Week Celebrated with Fun Events

Grace Lutheran Communities celebrated employee appreciation week for all of its employees and those at its partners at American Lutheran Communities, Pioneer Nursing Home, and Heritage of Elmwood.The week-long celebration included an Olympic Scavenger Hunt where teams took photos at Grace locations around the area and a contest where each community created its own facility flag. Flag judging will take place on social media.
Employees received logo insulated tumblers as well as sub sandwiches and more. For company pride day, the directors grilled out for their teams. Employees also appreciated each other with a pay-it-forward back-off and notes of appreciation on signboards at each location.

Grace Lutheran Communities has been helping our friends and neighbors in communities all over the Chippewa Valley since 1960. The non-profit organization specializes in rehabilitation, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, child care, independent living, and adult day services.
