We’re proud that Grace Lutheran Communities — Prairie Pointe Rehabilitation Suites has received an overall rating of 5 out of 5 and has a short-term rehabilitation rating of High Performing from U.S. News and World Report in their Short-Term Rehabilitation Rankings!  

Prairie Pointe received above the national and state average in registered nurse staffing, consistent nurse staffing, and physical therapist staffing.  Thanks to our staff for their wonderful care!
