Prairie Pointe to Serve 48 New Families with Assisted Living and Memory Care Suites

The state-of-the-art senior care facility is opening up its care to assisted living and memory care in spring 2022. When completed, Prairie Pointe will dedicate 48 rooms to providing assisted living and memory care for our residents.

Grace Lutheran Communities CEO Amy Duhr said, “We are very excited about this change to the services we offer at Prairie Pointe. This will allow us to provide multiple care options for our seniors and complete the continuum of care at our Altoona campus.”
